My buddy JimmyC landing a fiesty rainbow trout. It was his first time fly-fishing, and he didn't take long to get stuck into them. At one point he got three fish on three casts! We are fishing on the Toccoa River in Northern Georgia on private property. There are 28 cabins dotted through the woods around this section of the river and together the owners own and manage the fishing rights on this section of the river. Fortunately, my buddy BobbieB happens to be one of those owners, so we can get access as guests. They keep the river stocked and the trout fed making it a real blast to fish on.

The fish were eating big woolie buggers, dead drifted off the bottom. Stoneflys, Y2K's, egg patterns, and San Juan worms all produced well.
