We stopped for a long lunch and ate raclette until we could hardly move, which made skiing in the afternoon a challenge. Raclette is melted gruyere cheese served over boiled potatos. We cooked using individual little frying pans to melt 1/4" thick cheese slices on this little wood bruning stove on the table. Very swiss, very delicious, but very filling...it needs to come with a "Beware of a Cheese Coma" warning label. Posted by Picasa
