The Gulf coast is getting whacked by Katrina, while we are enjoying the return of summer. The photo above is from the live webcam at the top of the Brevent in Chamonix. It is in the high 70's here today and sunny, which it is supposed to stay the rest of the week. Much better than our friends in the South. Katrina looks to do some major damage.
