We're out for some exercise doing some trail biking, hoping to get the knee back in shape for the up-coming ski season. It has gone backwards over the month of August, and the doctor said this week it is probably due to the lack of physical therapy.

On another note, now that the blog is one year old, we can always look back to see what we were doing at this time last year.
