It's been really hot here this month, and Sunday evening the thermometer was near 100F, so we slipped down to the river to try and cool off and fool a few fish with some feathers pretending to be bugs! We caught one fish before taking a break and refreshing ourselves with a chilled bottle of locally produced Chardonnay. Later that evening we had a very nice meal at the Auberge de Chasseurs in Echenevex sitting out on their terrace.
